Allright, I've been a little harsh.. I'll explain with actual reasons, constructive criticism, right?
The kicking system is something wich is a problem, but we can't modify it or it will be an even bigger problem. Besides, attach it to ranking is just not a mean for preventing less skilled people to use it. First of all, much of older players make new accounts (me included), so it results in a pretty skilled player unable to kick a hacker in some cases. On the other hand, there is a lot of relatively new players who know the technique for farming, resulting in less skilled people at higher ranks who can kick more skilled people at lower ranks. Won't work. -
I didn't really explain myself. I just pretty much spammed. Ok. Rank doesn't matter. Like Emotive said, a pro can just be on an alt and s/he wouldn't be able to kick the hacker/glitcher.
The other ranks that can kick though, could be Brazilians or noobs who got no clue on how to kick or think the nerd hacking is pro. The way it is right now is not the best, but not the worst. I usually play with my buddies and even though vote kicks get pulled on me, I don't get kicked most of the time.
This is the best kicking system for now. Removing it would just give the no life hackers an opportunity to play a whole game without being bothered. -

Why not just let all the hackers do what they want? No one would be able to stop them. Stupid idea -1000000

Btw if you play a GM / SnD Games and some1 owns you not means hes a haker:D
So votekick is useless. people dont use votekick to kick hakers :P
eg: You left some1 clan and hee see you in game and he just kick you 2 revenge :P
and for u who didnt know:
If your skilled players say you hack.
If you hack players say your skilled.
