Im getting stuck ALL the time

i play mostly on Hakeriuz as ghost and i get stuck all the time. Its not "will i get stuck" its "when i will get stuck". happens at almost evry round sometimes its a light stuck and i can get away but sometimes i cant. Is there a fix for it? Pls tell me brcause idiots keep kicking me out of rooms..
Im on windows 7 btw

    Just don't try to get on corners. Bunny hop / walk in open spaces.

    This happens when your FPS (Frames Per Second) drops below a certain threshold. If you say, for example, jump off the ledge as a ghost on Hakenkruez and your FPS drops to 8 and you land on one of the pillars, you'll become stuck to the pillar and begin floating.

    There is no fix for it, but try to stay away from basically any objects and avoid colliding into things at a high velocity (even the ground), such as jumping off the ledge onto the ground in Hakenkruez.

    That makes sence becaouse when i began getting stuck another game was on (last chaos).
