Disconnected due 2 incorrect map info

on almost every map in the middle of the game, ill get "Disconnected due to incorrect map info" and then i click OK and then i get "Disconnected from server" and im back in the desktop. u guys really need 2 fix this, because its happening 2 almost every1 i no and its really getting annoying with the crash bugs getting more and more frequent
