Missing Password

Hi, i have a second account and want to recive my password, but i dont get a e/mail when i use the forget ID/password button and so i cant recive a new password for my account. Can somebody help me? I also wrote a ticket to the support but didnt get an answer jet.

so ure trying to get ure account back?

if so, u either gave ure info out to sum1 who said they were gonna g ive u zp, or got keylogged, and z8 technically doesnt have to even try to do anything bout it

no i dont gave my account to anybody, it is just a long time that i used this account and forget my login data

what rank is it

and try telling them stuff like ip adress, security question answer, creation date, if u ever bought zp, transaction id, ign, and anything else u can think of
