Failed to download version.ini?

I go to click start, and its just a white opening screen. when i clikc it, it just says failed to download version.ini... help?

Uninstall, delete your Z8Games folder in C:/ProgramFiles/ and try reinstalling again.

When I get this, I just restart my modem, and..wallla.
