tbh, i think you didn't get all those free zp, because you can just go to the viewed offers list and take those screen shots. You have no proof that it actually awarded you all those Zp... unless you make a new screen shot with the green words at the back saying, zp awarded or zp awarded by customer service. I don't believe you =P
