it says they replied to my ticket but i didnt get my stuff back, how do i check a reply? is there a message behind it? because i want my coupons back..didnt get it yet

Right by your logout button there is a little flashy thing next to it. If not go to support and go to contact history. And see what they said if you can potentially get back whatever it is that you wanted.

ahah they said they didnt have my data saying that i used 10coupons on an exchange..OMG! like rly..get your databank updated...i have 500zp left..i cant buy shiat..how else can i get a mp5adv for 90 days..crates usually give only for 30...but i dont even crates left..
