The guys the stole my account was muzymuzy he was one of my bestfriends of Crossfire we trade the account for 1 day i had my account ]impl[E][ and his account was [NL]*Sweet* i logged on *sweet* then i went to the forum to try log in sweet and i couldn i tried simple and i couldn so i was thinking if u could ip ban muzymuzy ... can u? like see where the account was logged on and ban the ip please...

Account sharing is not permitted, both your account and his might get banned.

This is exactly right.

We have some avenues of investigation relating to this kind of stuff. But 99.9% of the time if a user loses their account it is of their own fault.

You must contact http://support.z8games.com and provide them proof of ownership to get your account back, and then provide them with details and proofs of someone you suspect took your account.

But at the end of the day if you say "I wanted to trade accounts with so-and-so and now I can't get back on my account" then that means you willingly probably gave up your password on a scam and lost your account.

There won't be much we can do about those types of situations.
