Problem with Creating Account

When I created my account and went to see what my 30 day item was(It was bag 3 and 4) it said I had it for 0 days 0 hours. An hour later they were expired. Do I not get a 30 day item?

That's kinda weird :O. A glitch probably? Send in a support ticket.

no, u get a 30 day item later, im not sure why but u get bag 2-3 for like 1 match and then it expires

When you create a new account they always have bag 3 and bag 4 for like your first match then you get your item like 1 or 2 days later. I got sg552 camo two times and a soccer exp+ hat for 30 days.
