RPK > M60 easily, mainly for the distance kills and the spread. I sometimes snipe with my RPK in pubs

I hope you don't mean knife only escape mode, as it is easy to dodge knife/axe/shovel and would be easy to get straight the the portal.

Also, for the people who can't double jump, how would they get to the portal in Temple Ruins?

You don't have to double jump. Theres a rock/stone that you can regular jump onto + run = window.
