Account Hacked
Hello,
the e-mail of one of our clanmembers has been hacked so the haccker
has taken his crossfire account and changed password, e-mail and nickname.
Now this member have send a Support ticket with all Infos like IPs, Old Password, Old E-mail, Old Nicknames, Login ID, Forum IDs, written support tickets, Clan and much more but the support dont understand that the Account owner is him.
What in ... hell did we have to do to get his account back...
i think its an unfunny joke or something like this...
So give him his account back he has payed much money for
it so he has the rights to get it back...
I hope that you can do something. Its not fair...

You should also be giving your Security Question+Answer to the support.
That should probably do it. -
Ask the support desk what they need to verify the ownership of the account.
If he bought a lot of ZP, he should have some transfer receipts to show for it.
Account issues are to be taken through support ONLY, not on the forum.
