Cant accept Clan member (still)

My friend applied to the clan about 4 days ago, ive sent in multiple tickets and got no response, so i figured id come here AGAIN lol.

So the problem is that when i go to our clan page , i see that theres 1 application BUT when i click it and am redirected to the page where i SHOULD be able to accept him, noone is there.

all my LT's have tryed accepting him many times.

It might be bugged. We had it before when we had no current apps, but it still showed one we'd accepted a few days before.

still cant accept him, only response i got from the gm's or whoever does the tickets.

was that there fixing some clan problems.. but doesnt seem like much to me

If the GMs are aware of it then I would just give it some time.
