Low FPS?!

I Just woke up this morning, eat, wash up, etc.. then when i play cf and got into the game i was lagging bad. I got a normal ping 90-100, but my fps is 10-20. The only thing i change on the video setting is i think 1100x1400 wide screen and i use to have 30-40 fps. Am I the only one who is having this problem?

Fps is computer based. Not anything wrong with the game.

The higher your resolution is, the lower the FPS is.
If you want your old FPS back, change the video setting back and that should fix the problem.

Low FPS?!
