Has anyone sent a email to bmg in the last week and got a reply?

i sent I email to them 1 week ago and they haven't replied as anyone got a reply this week from bmg or are they just on holiday?

what happened to your last thread did you get help? if yes then stick to it and wait for a reply/if no then why make a new thread if its going to turn out the same way.

Actually, we don't really offer support on the services provided by OTHER companies.

I don't roll in to Google HQ when my iPod (god forbid anyone would buy one) breaks.
If you don't get a reply - send it again.
