Hello there!

i wrote a ticket to zhe support, too. But I think they're too stupid to give the 100 Coupons back to my Account! The story: I collected 100 Coupons and I waited to get M4A1 Gold. The next day all my Coupons gots deleted without exchanging a weapon!
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO GIVE ME THE 100 COUPONS, cause i spent so much ZP for them!

Yesterday I had 100 cupons and i had to exchange coupons because I could no longer use the black market. (I wanted a AWMRED). so I got MP5Adv for 90 days. Now I have only nine coupons. Please solve the problem.

I had 97 coupons and was only missing 3 for AK Golden, so i decided to go for DE golden and when i tried to exchange, i got an MP5 Adv. for 90 days, and only 5 coupons left.

Lost 100 coupons.

In yesterday i have 100 coupons in this morning i have 1 coupons, i for this angry but this my money.
Yesterday i cant exchange 100 coupons for nothing.
Earlier i have 100 coupons but i yesterday i have 10 k zp and i want play in black market i exchange my 10 coupons for mp5 adv, and i be able play in black market in zp and gp crates until i collect 10 coupons, 90 coupons left earlier and i dont try draw yesterday.
Today i go to black market because i can exchange in mission 5 crates desert scope i see 1 copuns i surprise and angry.
I please return my 100 coupons because this is my money lost.
I send support ticket.

I sent a support ticket already, but:

I had 100 coupons yesterday, exchanged it for AK-Gold. That's all good.

I opened some GP crates and ZP crates and won 11 coupons. They were there. I went into a game and crashed. When I came on, I opened some more gp crates, won three more coupons. I look, and I only have those three coupons.

So basically, I lost 11 coupons.

yes just tell them write a ticket but u have 48 hours i guess. i did that once and i got my coupons back in 2-4 days but u can only get ur coupons back once u have right to get them back but only once be careful next time.

EXACTLY THE SAME TO ME, i couldnt repair it kept saying 1gp used, so i logged in and out then it was fine.. But my coupons disappeared
