Disappearing Coupons

I had 100 cuppons, i bought m4a1 -c.
So there was 40 cuppons left. Next i opened 9 crates that were left,
and i got more cuppons, and now are all missing.

Just a suggestion, this happened to me before but maybe when you guys look to see what is available you accidentally click exchange instead of cancel? because it happened to me once and i spent 10 coupons on an mp5-adv on accident, just a suggestion that maybe your clicking something that you can get and hitting exchange on accident?

I am not sure of the exact number of coupons I lost, but I know I lost some.

I had 100 coupons, and purchased M4-crystal. Which should leave 20 coupons. After opening a few more crates (no doubt winning a few more coupons) I noticed I had only 8 coupons in my inventory.

Also when opening a crate I was thrown out of the game with X-trap saying "hack tool detected" or something similar, so I don't know if I received the items from this crate.

this happened about an hour ago.

The M4-Crystal is bugged ---> 80 coupons but it takes 100

SOmewhat similar except i didnt LOSE coupons i actually gained coupons, i bought crates with BP (still havent received and its been over 48 hours...) but anyway after i spent the BP i went up 3 coupons but never opened any crates, kinda making me wonder whats up?

yeaaaaaaa, i just lost some of my stupidity! i was saving for DE-gold and acedently spent 10 on MP5-adv cause i hit "exchange" instead of "cancel". so is ther a way to return the gun? thanks. BTW did end up getting it anyway.

i bought 60 m4a1 cutom crates then i got 49 coupons.i need only 11 coupons for m4a1 cutom when i turn on my pc and watch i haven,t got my coupons it,s 0 then i buy 10 more crates of m4a1 coustom i have only 10 coupons. plz return my coupons
