+1 I support this. any objection about abuse is moot. the community will evenutally police itself with this. no one is going to join a red flagged EM room as much as a yellow or green flagged.

You're a noob if you join a room with a EM who has been voted down to red.

Simple.

I'd use it for >100 ping/WOGL pubs.

You're not a noob, but most fawkers won't use it as it should be used. I still +1 this idea if its available for a reasonable price and rank.
