Cf main account stolen?

Hello z8 games today i tryed to log on my main CF account which was almost a Major and it says invalid log in or password.So i then tryed to reset my password but it says the email i used is not in the system.I think someone has changed all my info or stole my account somehow i have posted a support ticket and am waiting for a reply to it.I have worked very hard on the account spent alot of money and now this happends.If a mod sees this thread can you please let a GM know asap? Thanks.

You sure its major thought you'd be more active on the forums hmm. anyway...... no1 can hack your acc unless you have given out account information ....

Yes im sure its a Captain full almost the 1st rank of major and im not much of a forum person and i know they cant hack my account but is it possible they stoled my info by a keylogger or something like that?I did have some virus issues awile back but nothing that serious and i even reformated my pc not long ago.I posted a support ticket just waiting on a reply.

Also is z8games haveing any trouble with the servers or anything im just trying to figure out whats going on.

No servers are ok .... and the only way youll get a keylogger for CF is by downloading HACKS :S .... so... be carefull what say man

Submit a support ticket.
Accounts do not get stolen - you either hacked which had a keylogger in it, or you gave your info away.

Passwords are absolutely secure on our end.
Account issues are to be taken through the support desk ONLY.
