I lost my SPOP and my rank,character

I played CrossFire about when crossfire got changed over to z8 games. Then after playing for a month i quit and now today when i log on i lost my SPOP that i bought with my money my rank, and my character, but i still had 200 zp left. My name was SilentNeko, But now it told me to make a new name so i chose PikaPika could someone tell me what happened?
