Annoying error while CF is loading

cltLMH.exe – Application Error

The exception Privileged instruction.
(0xc0000096) occurred in the application at location 0x6c4a62f7

This message pops up 3 or 4 times while CF is loading. I can click ok to terminate the program. The game plays fine after these messages have finished.

Has any one else had this error or can tell me why it’s happening?

its a norton anti virus file that is used to update symantic software.... and clearly something is wrong with it.

what i would do is uninstall nortons, run windows firewall, don't use torrent sites and stay away from unknown prona dn warez sites... the chances of you getting a virus otherwise do not warrent the use of a third party anti virus program unless you are an idiot and download attachments sent too you by randoms.
