My Account got stolen

I already made a Support ticket and wait now 7 days and nothing happend !
Now im getting a bit angry that i have to wait that long and got no response at all ....
I gave all the infos that i could and show u admins that im the owner and nothing happens till now he still plays with my account ruin my stats ....
Normally i would say np i gonna make another one and start from 0 but my Main Account is still Captain i spended like 700 euros in it right now .
Could some one please check my support ticket and gimme an answer ?
Im totaly hopeless and i believe that my money and time is gone ....
