WOGL-P and WOGL-O are different.
WOGL-P is a paid tournament and is already playing in the preseason.
WOGL-O is a free tournament that anyone can participate in and the sign ups are coming soon. That is why people are looking for a team to play with in this tournament. If you have a problem don't read forums go play club penguin or something.
