FPS Goes down to 12 suddenly!

When im playing the game my fps is like 50 fps and as i play suddenly my fps goes all the way down to 12fps for like 10 seconds and then goes back up and this repeats throughout the game, i have all the latest graphic drivers and the latest directx.
My computer specs are:
OS:Windowows XP SP2
Processor:Intel(R) Pentium(R) M Processor 1.73 GHz
Memory:2 GB DDR2 RAM
DirectX:10.0
Graphics Card:Mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Graphics Card with 128 MB

This didnt happen before and i didnt do anything to the computer, i've tried wiping my partition and starting from scratch but the problem still persisted.Crossfire used to run fine before but, i dont know what happend.
Help please,any suggestions are welcome.

lol, i got 2 fps and my laptop crashed after that:(

probleme CF

bonjour moi je n est pas un probleme de FPS mais un probleme dans mon storage car je ne peut plus aller dans le compartiment CHAR car le jeux me deconecte. Merci d eseiller de trouver d ou peut venir se probleme

Did you tried to install a fresh copy of the game?(reinstall) although,i dont think this is the problem,but it worths trying.

Ummm use Game booster search on google and get CCleaner it could help.
