if i move my rook, the pawn promotes.
If i take the pawn, my rook is toast.
I'm thinking of doing something with my knight, but i dont know what.
I need to deal with that crap in the lower left.
e2-c1?

Bad move. Opponent moves his pawn up, and then you lose either a knight or a rook.
Bruce, that Pawn on B3 is the main weakness.
From what I can see, and I haven't read a lot into this, move the pawn on a2 to a3.
He'll most likely push his pawn up, in which case you can move your rook up.
Haven't gone any further than that, but that's the best move I can see.
Another possibility would be moving d2 to c1. You'd lose a pawn, but his would be stuck on your rook. This way stalls that corner instead of finding an immediate solution, so you can work with some other pieces. -
