How to change key's assignment

Hi i started playing cf only for trying i am from metin i would know how to change the asisgnment of buttons.
For example, i am playing on laptop with touch screen, so when i press to shot it always shot me after 2-3 seconds i press, and most times i die, so i would know if is possible to change the keys in a way you can shot pressing K for example, or another button.
