am i lucky, i got a kriss in 5 crates, was trying to get one of the side packs for 7 days i think.
not missing any cause i used them just b4 the patch. will let you know if i miss any -
i had 66 coupons before the server maintance patch and then after the patch when the game went on for a little while, i had 24000 ZP which i bought 30 kriss crates. i opened about 20-25 crrates and got some coupons. then the game went offline again, the next day i logged in and i lost my remaining crates and my coupons went down to 34 or 36. my ign *-_SiKh21_-*

IGN = [H]i-Sniper* hi i spent 120k zp on deagle scope crates ddint egt it so i traded 60 coupons for the m4-c after that i had 40 coupons left i played one match and tried to repair my m4c some error came up so i reloged my coupons disapeaerd. I now have 33 more coupons got those today so i woudl like my 40 coupons back adding up to 73 coupons thankyou.

I gotten 90s coupons yesterday after spending 60k of gp and 16k zp earlier.
after exchanging for Kriss, I sent in a support ticket because I was trying to get the ak-knife..but accidently clicked on kriss.
Today, my coupons are at 0, which shouldn't happen because kriss only cost 80.
P.S. Can you also exchange back the kriss to coupons as well T_T? -
First for some reason i lost zp after they were awarded by customer service, and it gets annoying i was saving up for gsg9 and spop girl then having 15k zp left over getting the hazard name card and 140k gp, i got up one morning and its gone, but i wasn't upset about that, then i got on crossfire and went to gp crates and i still had 30k gp, and finally i got 3 coupons which i didn't really need but that was the first ones in a couple crates so i was happy then i went to check my coupon count,, and umm it only showed the 3 i had just won... i was pretty upset, and quite angry seems its the second time the day has gone wrong with zp then with my most valued coupons, My IGN: Dark.Legion. Time lost: some time around 5-13 Of june, after an error and i got disconnected, please help

They will not accept this.
I'f rather tell you before a mod choses to do so, Thats your own fault be careful next time and they will Try to give you your 10 Coupons since it was an error, but not exchange Kriss for Coupons or give them back for the gun back as well, But kriss is excellent gun way better then AK-47 Knife edition and AK-47 Knife lacks power and slight less accuracy then regular AK-47 And AK-74.Iamalwaysbeh wrote: »Hi,

Okay this is to everyone. It seem's by them not replying to support tickets or complaints in threads that they obviously are not focused on the matter. They're Attention is on the hackers at this moment and patching the Most Recent and previous public hack allowing the players of the game to Walk through walls. However they will try they're best to get us our What ever amount of coupon's back, but to stop people from lying about missing coupons i'm pretty sure they will have to track or Screen your account to See any recent transactions regarding Getting coupons from the black market ZP/GP crates. So this will take some time and its a pretty big mess to clean up, but they will get it Fixed as soon as they can without Problem. You might ask how do i know this? The truth of the matter is i do not know this, but i'm sure this is what they are doing. They don't want to aggravate us or upset us because that could Result in no more players Etc. Things like that. They also would not be saying they are helping us just to lie to us because why waste there time on us? Exactly they are doing what they say and they are doing it in a timely manner to make sure there is no False reports of missing coupons or Missing zp from anyone. If you have any questions post a support ticket, A thread. Or if you have any information about new hacks Please PM a MOD Pronto To make sure it gets Handled Carefully. What date/Time/Month did this happen sir? It appears all of us have had this happen During the same Time we go to black market or the item shop or storage, and its happening during june 5-14 And The mod's im sure would like your Details on when this Error has came across you. I had about 47 or 57 coupons and when i went open crates my coupons dissapeared(sorry my english i'm portuguese)
