FPS/Ping lag

For almost two weeks (this started on a Saturday two weeks ago) now, my ping has been terrible. I spike to 800 every few minutes and there is no fix I can find. IT IS NOT MY COMPUTER. None of my other games lag.

On another note, ever since the MM patch my frames per second has been TERRIBLE. It stays at 40-50 for a few minutes and then drops down to under 20, and stays there for a few minutes. Then it gets all better, and the cycle just keeps repeating itself.

I love Crossfire, but I can't play with a constant 800 ping and 20 FPS.

I have a 2.2Ghz dual core CPU with 2gb ram and an integrated video card (don't get me started), the video card, terrible as it is, should run CF perfectly. I've never had FPS lag before the MM update, and these ping spikes lately are killing me.

If nobody can help me fix it, I'll have to go play Combat Arms or AVA. SAVE ME!
