Karma system is a kind of "Thank you friend" system.

If you post something useful, other people can give you karma for that good job, by pressing a button. Accumulation of karma would trace the Forumer personality and would give bonuses to the person.

Hmm? Devs don't work on anything related to the site.
Its mainly run by GMs, who have better things to do then troubleshooting a forum that is working.

Let every IP only give one rep to each other every month.

Maybe you need 100 rep to have a signature, and it takes at least 5 months to get one?

For the first one, it would require for someone with 10000 posts to give all of their rep to someone to get their reputation.

The second one. 1 Rep for a good thread. 100 good threads = signature.

The last one is the worse, but it would take 100 months to get one to do this. But this would introduce proxy-repping.

Because vBulliten does not hire graphics generators to make their stuff, I'm pretty sure this was a different theme, and it says Z8Games - Default because it is the theme set default to the website.

VB is either vBullitin, or vBully, which are the same, but vBully is an older version.
