Kick Voting re-amping

A lot of people misuse the kick-voting for stupid,silly reasons such as: Knifing in sniper battle. Someone is super-pro in a game and people when them gone. Someone killed you. I have been removed from games MANY times because of stupid reasons. I suggest that you either take it out entirely, or remake it and so only people on YOUR team can vote for it and the applicant had to fill out something like questions about it or something.
