invalid client version

i get this 24 7 it says to unistall then reinstall again, ive done this 4 times in a row now and it bs with the same errors, i even got crossfire off my friend and it works on his pc and not mine idk wot is the problem can u help me? does it have anything to do with windows 7 or my anti virus?????? plz help me!!!!
