Patcher doesnt load

The patcher opens and then says dowload verifying and nothing else and doesnt change from that screen ive clean uninstalled reinstalled everything and nothing works.

how do you delete win32 what is that? please give me details i would love to play this game it comes up the patcher says downloading verifying i went to sleep left it on for 6 hours and it didn't get anywhere how do i fix this!?
