client wont load

yeah idk what is wrong because the problem is just starting today, but when i try to load the game nothing happens. period. i check the processes on my computer and found patcher_cf or whatever it says and it shows it doing nothing....
ive alrdy tried reinstalling and everything, defragged, used a reg cleaner.

now it worked once! but got to patch 99% and then stopped, and it has not opened again since ive cancelled it

Navigate to this location:

C:/Program Files/Z8Games/CrossFire/

Right click on "patcher_cf.exe" and press on 'Properties' then go to the 'compatibility' tab then run it in Compatibility for Windows XP SP3, if you are on XP then on tick the box named 'Run program as administrator' then try again.
