I sent 3 support tickets and 2 messages one to [GM]Saidin and one to [CM]FallenAngel
about someone hacking my account yet I received no response and I'd really like my stuff back.
Idc about rank anymore even if I were to get my stuff back on a noob account I'd be happy.
BTW I sent the 3 support tickets yesterday.

    if u sent thm all yesturday, thn u wont get a response so soon. Both of them deal with hundred+ emails a day. Also I always found the helpdesk slower then the GM/CM alternative of pming.
