Trouble getting on Crossfire randomly.

After being tricked into "Free ZP" surveys which turned out billed me 10$ from the surveys website, I wanted to at least use my ZP since I technically payed for it. It says right under the thing 15 min arrival time after pin code. I got my text of the code and all and I attempt to load up the game, click start game...and BAM nothing. Wait 5-10 minutes, try again...CLick start game...and BAM "Patcher is already running" <===O thats funny because theres no game..

15 minutes later, "Failed to download version.ini" <===What in the hell is this, 5 minutes prior to being hoaxed into free ZP i was playing for about 2 hours straight, now all the sudden I failed to download a version? Sounds like bull. How do I fix this problem? I want to get on, spend my "Paid (not by choice) ZP"
