Really Crossfire?

I have been playing like 5 to 10 hacks a night, when are you guys going to do something about this? Really it's sad because I have spent plenty of cash o this game and you guys have done nothing to fix this problem all you do is patch it for a month. Fix it please, is it really that hard? If anything stop letting BR players on the game.
