map not showing

As the title says this happens to me on a regular bases.Cant figure why becouse it happens irregular for example i start playing and the map is visible then when i change the map or go to storage or something the map is not showing in the game.I log out and log in but the map is still not there but when i log in in my new account the map is there.
HMMM anyone have a suggestion what is happening???
