i was just wondering what different ways is there to raise fps ... any suggestions?

Try using GameBooster, I've heard that it helps your game but it could also fry your CPU because your just increasing the amount of power put into the computer.

Or you can buy a video card, buy a $100+ like a Radeon 4770+ or a nVDIA GT 250+
