I didn't got my ZP!

Hello,

i payed for 100k ZP and didn't got my ZP!
That is so much money, and on my Paysafecards, there
isnt money anymore!
I sent a Support Ticket 5 minutes ago, and i
wrote the Trans ID in the Ticket.
Please any Mod or GM give me my ZP!

When will i get it?

I have payed for 10k ZP and didn´t get anything too

My Paysafecard has no money on it anymore, so normaly i should get my ZP... But i didn´t

Send in a support ticket. If it was within the last 448 hours I am sure support will help you out. It takes a little while for them to help you out though, so give it 1-3 days.

did you log out and log back in the crossfire website then check in webmall?

I did that...
But tomorrow the MayDay event ends, and i dont want to spend 2k ZP more for my char -.-

I didn't got my ZP!
