ZP awarding offers unconsistent with Customer Service

I have completed some offers of the insurance providers, and some will award me ZP while others will simply ignore and ask for more information. I have provided the same, valid information for all of the offers and I expected the same results. I tried sending in screenshots but kept coming up with the "Red" message (do you have any additional information?) which means that basically, you cannt recieve ZP from this offer.
