Poll: Have you been D/C'd due to incorrect player/map info?

I am not sure if this is allowed, and I am only doing this to try to figure out why the game keeps getting this error and crashing.

B.) Incorrect Map Info

C.) Hack tool detected (0-9)

I need the info to see whats happening more.

Maybe I can fix my game, and maybe everyone else's.
