My computer restarts after playing crossfire?

Alright so this started right from the beginning of playing crossfire. After i finished play crossfire, i would click to go logout. But then a blue screen would pop up saying error and memory dump, then my computer would restart.

This happens about 60 percent of the times i play cf.

About 2 months ago, this problem stopped. But then with last patch it started again. Instead this time, my computer would just restart automatically when i log off, without the blue error screen.

Does anyone know why this occurs?

Lol this problem happened to me. I reformatted my computer and this went away completely. I dont even get d/cd anymore.. I

Run 'Advanced SystemCare', go to 'Diagnose System', then instruct it to perform all tasks. This may take a while depending on when you last defragged, and the size of your HD. Once this has finished, go to 'Maintain Windows' and tell it to perform all tasks. Once this is complete, your PC shouldn't be having any memory issues. If problems continue, it may be something deeper into the system.

yeah great explaination ive had it before and did the same thing it was working fine after if it carrys on your motherboard might be old or your harddrive isnt writing properly

Try JoshTorres's way if they doesnt work sounds like a hard drive issue ie. RAM or something. Depends which blue screen appears also, check the microsoft website on which error code it is or google it LOL.

This is full proof if you are running a razer mouse product! Make sure when you go to gamebooster to have the control box UNCHECKED or it will give you a million blue screens when you go on CF. Tell me if you aren't. Also a reformat is recommended every 6 months.

I have this issue as well. But IN crossfire playing usually. After a while it would freeze, and them BsoD on me. I take good care of my computers. Cleaning virtually and manually. Never had this issue before either. Doubt its an overheating issue as CF is the only one that does it. None of my other cpu heavy programs do it.

Thought about reformatting but if its an issue with the game I'd rather it be fixed than a drastic wipe that would take a long time to backup things. At least I know I'm not the only one having this issue.

well i dont run a razer mouse product... and i dont see a control box?
