But from what I see, it's not an event for everyone.

Basically, in Korea, there are certified PC Rooms/Cyber Cafes where you pay like 1 Hour = 1$ for usage, and in these Cafes, the game will give you guns for x amount of time.
I'm pretty sure it's something along those lines.
Nothing to do with NA.

This is probably true.

Some games such as maplestory give you bonus weapons for a limited time while in e-cafes. CrossFire must've implemented this to their version. Lucky scoundrels. But a free dragunov for an hour isn't much so .

It's not really paying for a draggy.
It's more about the playing, and the drag is a nice bonus.

lol. if it was an msg-90 i'd go for it. i've used and loved that gun
