2) The points you name don't tell anything about someone's real age (apart from b), I've seen numerous grown ups do all those things (my brother amongst others)

Young kids are making racist comments in game? This can definitely mean that they might do it in real life too.

Thats racism. So if a person is from different ethnic group he is automatically considered bad in this game?
Since the game is in Canada, such comments violate:
-Canadian Charter of Right and Freedoms
-The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UN) - Article 1, Article 6, etc
- Canadian Criminal Code
- Other lawful documents from other countries
I made a thread about whats wrong with brazilians and guess what . It was full of racistic comments and finally the thread was closed by a mod -

The most you could do is to place an option on the sign up for the user to tick in order to certify that he is over a certain age, and the young ones would tick it anyway. There is no sure way to restrict the game that I know of.
As for flaming and racism, it is encounted quite often online as the anonymity that the internet provides is a perfect breeding ground for offensive comments. From my personal experience, most people who talk tough online wouldn't say boo to a mouse in the real world. -

I agree with you there, and I believe I made myself clear in the beginning that I am not talking about every single youth who plays the game. My point was that with games out there in the world, and with 12-15 years old playing them (Crossfire, CoD, Crysis, GTA, etc), its not like us playing violent games 7-10 years ago.
If young mind is getting constant exposure to violence for about few years, when they grow up it will have negative impact towards them.
If you know the case when patents took away guys XBox, he went and committed suicide. The point is it becomes extremely addictive and yet, its just a game. Just a game, but for companies it is business.
I think I made myself clear in the beginning that moral values of the person are being suppressed in order to keep person in game and get money out of them. It not also who buys ZP, but also they get money from ads on the clan website, surveys, etc.
I agree that parent should take more responsibility about the issue, yet not that great amount of parents care about the situation. -
