Hello everyone, i buyed 20k Zp and i buyed pop and then i goed to black market and won m4a1-C on 2'nd create and then i go to storage all my ZP is gone and my items i also buyed spop and it is also gone help me please!

Uh they say that in the database it says i buyed 20 boxes i buyed 2 and won on 2'nd lol
and they say i didnt buy spop but i did idk what to do
