dont know who the hell those people are, but I would cut the players that dont follow strats/bad communication in scrims etc. if a player doesnt have the best aiming with a rifle or awm its not really a bad thing if he has great teamwork. Just stating my opinion

I know I cut gent and a few others because they bait, rage, don't call, go afk wthout warning, I mean idc if you go afk for a few minutes as long as you give us warning if your gonna be afk the rest of the match then leave
But yeah logic most of the people I've picked up are above average
