Disappearing Coupons

Hello Cross Fire Gamers,

We are currently aware of some sort of issue involving disappearing coupons. It seems to be unrelated to a multitude of factors we've attempted here to get a reproduction. We are working on the issue and will get missing coupons back to you. Please be patient while we work to solve the problem. Thanks!

If somehow your coupons seem missing please post your IGN here to help us track this problem and get it corrected as soon as possible.

In addition, you may also submit a support ticket with this information as well.

eh, im not missing any, but i havent been getting many since the patch... 30+ ZP crates gave me 5 coupons...

before the patch, 30 crates would give me 20-25.

i got alot of coupons when i tried getting msg90 bought like 150k worth of msg90 crates and got like 15 coupons

Also, in an unrelated matter, I can't seem to sell my m12s. I hit resell and the gun fades away for a sec, then it says "Item purchase failed"

bought 24crates got 14 coupons! o: SUUUCKS!
and i can not sell my M12s x.x

AND THE ITEMS IN BLACKMARKET SUCKS TOO ITS TO HARD TO WIN ANYTHING! T_T

I'm sorry to hear it but if you spend money on the Black Market you have to be prepared to lose it. The zp guns are priviledges and aren't necessary to play the game. I've lost over $100 trying to win the kriss and still nothing (I know there are people out there who wasted way more) however, i built up enough coupons for m4-c. Even if you dont win the actual guns, save up those coupons for something good

I have only 1 axe

i change cupons I had to get permanent two axe and aK hatchet and got only 1 axe and no ak pls help cupons is puf i have only 1 permanent axe in inventory this no fair is bug

Missing 34 coupons

this is messed up ...i had 53 coupons been saving forever tring to get m4a1 gold and now i have 19? ign:T0xicVen0m i have spent well over 150 bucks on this game i have both ak silver and m4a1 silver as u can see .....i hope this gets fixed soon ...i sent a ticket as well =-(

guys i ve just checked my account and i have only 2 coupons. I had at least 53 before . My ign : laertus

I cant make support ticket . How Am i going TO take my coupons back ? I have more than a year collecting them...
