Plz I have Stable big PING (PLZ HELP)

plz after last patch
i was big ping then back to the normal
then come back again to double ping
nw i have at all servers ping 400+
Hint:before the last patch i was 70-80 at uk nw 400+
plz HELP!!!!!

Its the patch, alot of us have had pings DBL after last patch, My ping befor patch 60/75 very stable, after patch 112/135 unstable. Now say what you will, there are many post about last patch and pings going up. So dont start with the its your computer crap.
