You can't have it the same, for security reasons, as stated when you register any account.

If you showed someone your login ID, they easily could have bruteforce'd it.

FYI

There are 3 major reasons why a player other than you can gain access to your account. These actions are not "hacking" an account. 99.9% of the time it is the users fault for getting themselves in that situation.

1.
You got scammed. Someone said to you that they could give you free ZP if you give them your login and pw. In this case it was your fault because you should never be giving out your information. No player can 'give' you ZP. The only way they can do it is to gift ZP via a prepaid card.

2.
You clicked on a phishing website. Someone gave you a link to a site that might look like a z8games website, when in fact it is not. That website could have been promising free ZP or maybe it looked like the official login screen for our site.

You must look at your address bar in your browser to make sure that when you log into the site it is www.z8games.com. No other site will have this address. Also, no site can give you free ZP for filling out a form or giving your account information up. Especially your security question.

3.
You have looked on the internet for a hacking website, or searched youtube for hack videos etc. Public hacks are few and far between right now, however every day there are hundreds of new youtube videos going up claiming to visit X site to get new hacks. Don't click those links, don't download those programs.

Downloading hacks is always going to be risky for your account and your computer. If you download one of these and a keylogger virus gets embedded on your computer you stand to lose more than just your cross fire account.

The 4th major reason is you give your account information to a friend, or a brother or sister or someone you think you trust. They then go ahead and change the password. This is akin to #1. You may trust the user, however the other person may fall for one of the above scams and subsequently lose the account.

Make sure to clear browser cookies and histories or don't save passwords when logging in to public computers. If your password was saved then someone else might gain access to your account.


At the end of the day, we have a lot of users getting fooled by the notion of being able to obtain FREE ZP. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET FREE ZP. (other than filling out a survey or through the odd contest/tournament)

No player can ever give you free ZP unless they gift it through a prepaid card. Also, gifting through a prepaid card doesn't require any more information than your IN GAME NAME.

Our payment options do not have "managers" that play our game. They do not promise free ZP.

DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION. Especially your security answer.

The only person who should know the accountID and your Security Answer and the email that you've registered your account to should be YOU, the creator and owner of the account. If any of those become compromised it becomes more difficult to prove that you were the original creator of the account.

We get to as many issues in one day as we can, if you have submitted a support ticket there is no need to send a PM to every GM on the boards. And vice versa. When you submit a support ticket your ticket goes in the queue and will be looked at as soon as humanly possible.
