Installation problem

Well I installed Crossfire, everything is working fine, but when I use the launcher it shows the start game or create account and all that stuff.
I click start game and a white blank page from IE pops up and then a white box with an "ok" symbol. I click it and everything goes away but nothing else.

Help?
