ZP dissapeared

i used a free zp gratis pay, and it has a time of less than an hour, after 5 minutes my zp is visibly there and i spent it. when i logged in, nothing changed at all, still same old thing before. I logged into z8 and it was zero zp and 100 bp from getting an m4 silver.

Just don't trust that kind of things. It will always be trouble.

when i typed in my code, it sent me to another quiz so i quit it. then i just logged in again, and went to the mall. the zp i earned was there, exactly 18,000 zp. Then i bought some gp increasing items from the mall. i log in to crossfire and check out my total gp, its still 5000, and no zp added in. dumbfounded, i went back to the mall page, logged in, and the zp counter stood at 0.

is that better?

Are you sure it isn't one of those purchases which you have to activate? Click on 'my items' at the side of 'Mall', and see if they're in there.

i already sent a ticket, and no, there wasnt anything to activate.
